Corned beef chopped fine with potatoes cooked to a gold crispy brown served with 2 eggs poached or cooked your way. Garnished with your choice of biscuit, white or whole wheat toast.

SHORT STACK

Two buttermilk pancakes cooked to a golden brown with your choice of bacon or sausage served with butter and maple syrup. Add blueberries (additional charge)

TALL STACK

3 butter milk pancakes cooked golden brown with your choice of bacon or sausage served with butter and maple syrup. Add blueberries (additional charge)

FRENCH TOAST

Made with thick bread slices and coated in a cinnamon egg batter. Served with hot maple syrup and your choice of bacon or sausage.

ONE OR TWO EGGS

Prepared your favorite way and served with grits and a biscuit or white or whole wheat toast with your choice of bacon or sausage.

BRAINS AND EGGS

Pork brains sautéed with lightly beaten eggs served with grits and you choice of white or whole wheat toast.

OMELET YOUR WAY

3 egg omelet made your way. Choose from the following; cheese, ham, bacon, onions, peppers and tomatoes served with grits and a biscuit or toast.

CHEFS SPECIAL

Two eggs any style served on top of two golden griddlecakes with your choice of bacon or sausage.

LOW CARB DIET PLATE

Two eggs prepared your favorite way with or without cheese and served with bacon, sausage and country ham with low carb toast.
